Remember to restart your computer and do exactly what it tells you in the link. There might be programs causing this issue. Try shutting down all unnecessary programs. Good luck. EDIT: The error you get is Steam telling you that something on your computer is blocking the VAC system. It probably has nothing to do with Rust it selfe(who knows).
