Hey i just restarted steam and i get this massive 218MB download? Is there anyway i can avoid doing this because it will take 5 hours for me and it probably isn't anything.

WHAT IS THIS SHIT?!?!? I DID 140 MB'S AND I PAUSED IT BECAUSE IT WAS SHOWING ME 6 HOURS UNTIL IT FINISHED RELAUNCHED THE UPDATE NOW IT SAYS 0% (RESTARTING FROM BEGINING) ? !??
