• An age classsification for rust.

So after the hectic and crazy patchday of rust my server merged with another increasing it's playerbase quite abit. I found the players from the other server quite rude/immature, with groups of younger boys harassing any female players they found. Nothing real new tho is it? This led to my thinking, 'What age classification does rust fall under?'. Should this be a game with 18+ on it? Thoughts and abuse welcome.
probably. the issue is many other games have simulated violence and barely make a "mature" rating...and COD kiddies work around the ratings systems by getting their irresponsible/ignorant parents to buy it for them anyway. a rating hike would barely make a dent into the brat population, and by comparison to other games, its probably just a "mature".
I was under the impression that if we can buy it needs to have a age classification? (at least here in oz)
I was under the impression that if we can buy it needs to have a age classification? (at least here in oz)
i believe it can be "unclassified" while it's incomplete and in production. don't quote me though lol.
Hmm ... pretty sure I had to enter my date of birth to show I was 18+ before it would let me proceed with purchase, but then there was nothing to stop me from lying...
I've heard more fowl stuff out of children then adults in my years of gaming. Would be nice to be able to exclude them from certain games, however that will never happen.
