• It always seems to be night in experimental

It seems in the experimental version it is night time way more often than it was in the vanilla Rust Legacy game. Garry make day time 50% longer brah
I agree with this. Most of the time when I log into the game, it's night as well. I'm not one of those people who prefers permanent daylight, but I would like to see a day/night ratio of something like 66/33 or 75/25.
Do you think that could be to test things? The experimental build has different goals, at the moment, than legacy.
Hit F2 and disable the color filter (second from the left?) - I find that it adds a lot of darkness and makes it a lot more difficult to see; even when it's not night. It was still daylight out at one point and I was having such an issue with visibility because of this filter that I actually thought it was night until I disabled it.
The official servers are glitchy over the last 24 hours, the main server is down and the debug server is acting the same way as the main did before it shut down. extended night phase and lerp is messed up, server seems to have lost sync with clients. even my server seems to destabilise after about 8 hours and requires a restart with only 10~ player visits a day. so the glitching is not to do with server payload. just an instability in the code i expect. ok only speculation but i think they got a copy of unity 5 beta yesterday dropped everything else to start work on porting to unity 5, this would explain why the official servers have not been updated or restarted, if this is the case i support that, no point in continuing to work with old engine if the new one is available.
This has happened before, and at the weekend. Pretty damn sure it has nothing to do with testing. @elixwhitetail Why do you always talk down to people, make them out to be idiots?
