well in my eyes maturity is not depicted by your age it is based off how you act. Any "mature" person would be able to realize that. I have been in countless realism units my self (for arma2) and have know 13 year olds that had more creditability to leading squads.etc then even some full grown adults. To be honest thier are full grown adults with no brains, so age has nothing to do with the "maturity level" of a clan. Unforutunitly thier a few occasions where as we have some younger kids that realy are acting thier age limit, so therefore in most clans I have been in the age limit was set to 14/13 which is what these guys have.

I would be interested to know the age of leadership as well. Sorry but don't care to listen to prepubescent boys on teamspeak. Been playing online games long enough to know age does in deed play a factory. Anyone who says otherwise is simply trying to defend themselves.
