So i get this error message when i try to launch rust, tried enabling it when windows boots up but nothing, I'm also bad with searching on the internet so I'm asking for help here, this was not happening before.

And where might the EAC.exe be located?

Simply turn DEP on to "Turn on DEP for all programs and services". There's no need to pick the exclusion option. You won't be excluding EAC. EAC [I]requires[/I] DEP to be enabled.
