without any detail, if you can use your network, first thing I would check is if your firewall is blocking the game, and see if it allows UDP connections.
If you use the same pc on the other network...(then may not be firewall, based on public vs private network rules...so check specifically if the type of network you have for yourself is set up to allow the game connections out (private or public))
in short check your firewall rules.
if they are fine...
see if your router is blocking, you may need to fwd ports or allow udp
then your ISP
the description of "problem with internet" is not really enough for someone to be able to help.
