WORST GSP EVER! Server down for 8hr 25m now, still NO REPLY on ticket or live support.
16h now at HFB after going down on a 50 player peak and the answer I got is the same prewritten message that they copy paste every time. so nope nitrous ain't the worst

sry but when they have trouble they are working on it. so just notice them you have any kind of problems and they will work on it.
but thats how tickets are working. they will let you know what happened.
everytime i pop them a high prio ticket with heavy server issues, they nearly instant answer via twitter and get on the work.
no problems with nitrous so far
4 month in a row with good support
Live Support finally replied. I know they are busy Chester, but even a reply like "We're working on it" would be way better than going 7 hours with no communication at all.
Sure. I agree, but isnt it sometimes better to leave tickets open so they are on the top of the monitor?
Sometimes you need to poke their chat (or not). so far i never had any kind of problem like yours

Definitely cannot recommend Nitrous. They took down my server because it was being targeted by dos.
Stating it was my fault that it was being targeted, therefor blaming the downtime on me and there was nothing they could do. - Oh yeah, after they took it down they also refused to refund me my money for the last 15-20 days the server had left, with a reason being that they "spent" too many resources on trying to fix my server.
Before this the server would also go down and stay down for a solid 8 hours, one time at its worst it was down for 32 hours, including the server control panel.
Definitely not EVER going to go back to Nitrous after that one.
Edit: Oh I forgot to mention, their support is rather quick to respond, however the quality of response is on a very low level. Pretty unprofessional.
What GSP to choose ? :/
