Is there any way to re-bind all or some of the undocumented key binds?

There are a lot of undocumented key binds that i cant seem to find how to change anywhere like the + and - keys at alphanumeric keyboards apparently change graphics settings and apparently del/comma turns depth of field on and off..

I am lefthanded so my mouse is in left hand, so i use arrow keys (since 20+ years back, not gonna be able learn wasd anytime soon) and alphanumeric keys for my weapon selection and recently i discovered that it changes my settings and its really annoying. Pls help.

Also its buggy, since i bound free look to delete above arrow keys sometimes when i press alphanumeric Del even tho num lock is on so it should be comma and not del i still go into free look sometimes when pressing it but its not consistent so it does not always do that...

so yeah.. pls help, is there a way?
