Hey guys. Could you try the live branch and the dev branch and let us know whether you experience any difference?
Is this why there is a 200mb download on dev version?

You think?
Is it worth the time? Has anyone noticed massive fps increases?

I had no difference, checked it in 3 different spots inside and outside my house.
I cant start the game with Dev Branch anymore... 2 patchs today for it.. my steam stop respondig.. and i need to restart the pc
I would say the the fps on live an dev branch are a little bit laggy. But that is probably due to my laptop, since i don't have a desktop to figure the fps problem.
The Dev branch FPS acts up once and a great while but the overall FPS is better in Dev Branch for me.
Live works better for me.

Wow, this game must be next-gen or something.

Or you know, in development?
The game is unplayable dev branch, the ground is a crazy white and some plants flash like crazy. also alot of item sprites do not work, like from what i could tell the flares did not look like flares it was a black box for the icon
framerate is great with dev branch as was with normal branch.
no real difference for me
FX 8320 @ 4.4ghz, 24GB DDR3 1333mhz, GTX660TI, Arch Linux x86_64
1920x1080, fantastic
the mouse issue still there though (posted already on other thread):(
On the Dev Branch the performance is 30-35% worse here.
AMD Phenom 2 X4 955 @ 3.2Ghz
HD 7770
8 GB RAM
Live version: 60-80 FPS
Dev version: 40-55 FPS
For me the Dev version is considered unplayable. I can't be competitive under 55-60 FPS.
Being a PvPer is important to get smooth frames.
The one that was about maybe 2 weeks ago increased my fps by about 10-20 so that was good for this one there was no real increase in the FPS, it's been the same for me for this update.
