Hey, guys! I've been having trouble creating an m4 with any slots at all. I used a research kit on an m4 with no slots, and now I fear that I can only make it with no slots. So far, I have made three m4's, with of course no slots. Is just bad luck or meant to happen? And also, seeing as I can't put weapon mods on it, should I use my silenced/holo sight mp5a4 or a regular m4?
Finally, I'm having issues with my campfires. When I'm cooking chicken, they randomly turn off, and I have to repeatedly turn them back on. Is this intentional, or some sort of bug/glitch?

1- Bad luck.
2- Mp5 with silencer is not really good in my opinion, since the silencer will reduce its range (which is not really long already).
3- Make sure there isn't 250 (full) charcoal on the campfire slot. In case there's 250 charcoal there, that's what's causing the issue. Just remove it.

You were right about the campfire; the charcoal was maxed out at 250, so every time a wood piece burned, it extinguished. I'm going to stick with the m4 like you said, and hopefully with the 200 iron ore I just mined in the time that I posted this to now I will be able to try a few more times.
