I have searched the forum and found a few threads which do not duplicate my problem, if anyone has found one, please post it below.

Check list-
-Uninstalled AVG and make sure no other anti-viruses on my PC.
-Disabled firewall.
-Uninstalled EAC and Reinstalled using Admin then verified cache.
-Done all these steps again after reinstall.
-Ran steam as administrator.
-Launched Rust from Steam and exe. file.
Please help me, would be much appreciated... I have googled everything and looked at a ton of youtube videos.
One thing that did work for me once.
-AVG disabled, installed EAC as admin, ran steam as admin.
But after this, didn't work again.

Are you on the latest version of AVG?
Started happening after the patch before this one, when high velocity bullets came out.
Kinda bullshit tbh, idk how you can fuck something up this bad.
Also if a facepunch admin happens to pass by:I DID CHECK MY JUNK MAIL YOU IMBECILE AND I AM USING FUCKING GMAIL, FIX YOUR SHIT.
