People can use /remove on my base (this is a modded server) WITH a Tool Cupboard put down... me and my friend have tried and we can remove each others stuff after unfriending each other and un-clan and everything. And we can still do it?!!! But we go over to someone elses base and we cannot remove theirs?!

Off the top of my head, are you both still authorized on each others tool cupboard?
It's possible the mod authors need to update the mod to account for recent changes to the game.
