Like it says, for those who play on official servers, how do you handle hackers? I mean they are dime a dozen, my biggest complaint is building hours upon hours just to lose everything within 30seconds. Would i be upset if i lost it to someone legit? Maybe lil bit, but i'd get back out there and do it again. But losing it to someone who can just super jump and fly away? Come on now. I see on trello there is interest in stopping their no recoil, great, has anything been mentioned about their plans for speed hacks and jump hacks? I guess my main concern is i am going to be playing on official servers for as long as they are up, as i do not like dealing with admin abuse among other things, so are they always going to be like this? It's a legitimate question and hope i can get some legitimate answers, thanks for taking the time to respond.
Me and a friend play on UK 2 and have been killed a few times by no name hackers, luckily we haven't been raided by one yet. As a quote from a mod/dev:
Stop making threads about how one player hacked and that you have "SOLID PROOF MUST WATCH". No one really cares and this will not lead to them getting banned from game servers — VAC will do the job on its own.
I guess we don't handle it, we accept it until they are banned and security measures are put in place to prevent them in the future.

I'm curious too, from what I seen in a previous post on the last VAC ban wave, some of the hackers which were banned were quite happy to just buy Rust again to continue hacking. As nice as it is to have something in place to ban hackers, if those ban waves take a month to come round and the hackers are willing to just buy rust again, the only plus I see is more money towards development.

Me: Why are you even doing this? Him: Right now i am going to have my laugh, I know i will get vac banned, when i do, you can jump and cheer and have your laugh, but for now, the fun will be mine. I'm all for having better items than others and killing people, but if I could log on and have any items I wanted whilst being practically immortal, I couldn't see myself playing the game at all.
They made a stupid update after hundreads of complains, i guess next security update will take one more month. This is so ridiculous.
i lost hope on this game, GGnoRE Lack of communication on devs end on what they plan on doing or even being aware of it is absolutely ridiculous
