I'll be on vacation for the next 3 weeks.
So i'm afraid about the automatic house destruction after 4-6 days.
Is there an option to prevent this?

Nope.
Within 3 weeks somebody will raid you anyway.
And I think they will release updates during this time.
So perhaps a wipe will do this.
Build pillars on top of your building. Decay happens from top to bottom. Might not be the best advise but I can't think of anything else.

Sounds like a good work around.
For every person who'd use such an option properly there would be a whole shit load who'd do it to mess with people/hold prime land for "friends"/etc.

That's a neat idea, but it's also raising the chance to get sighted by raiders.
I might be wrong with exact times but it served me well in the past:
each floor is 4 four hours to decay after 24hrs passed, so you'll need twelve floors above your loot room. Keep in mind that the timing is for pillars and ceiling - the walls will go way before that, your loot room will need to be pretty high above the ground level, surrounded by very tall pillars to avoid someone just walking through decayed walls.
