HFB Server NOT WORKING - Please assist me!

Hello all. I want to use my server for the last few days it is up. So, I restarted the server and tryed to log on and play. Unfortunately, it said "ConnectionFailed"

This is a real shame, and I really want to use my server.

I have realized that none of the memory or anything have percentages. Help!!!

OK there is only 4 things you can do,
1) stop the server,
2) run a steam update
3) start the server...
4) net.connect xxx.xxx.xx:.xxxx

if this does not work, submit a ticket and do NOT hold your breath,
as it took them a loooooooong time to respond....to my ticket... and it is still open??

My HFB server is having some problems for the past hour and a half or so as well. Submitted a support ticket. My guess is they have some internal issues going on right now.

though they have been very good, and using the clanforge to install mods for Oxide are very easy. I'm just trying to learn JSON now.

Support tickets have been very slow since Dayz/Rust has so many people needing help.

Hosting a server with them as well and I'm also having issues.

I'm unable to stop, start or restart my server.

Under the connection status it just says unknown.

Read HFB's TOS.

Then cancel your subscription... There are better options. (Pretty sure I just broke their TOS with my negative review)

Yep - we have been having the exact same problems.

Have you guys installed any mods since they added RUST++ and Rust Essentials to the Mods? We have Rust Essentials installed and we experience this problem.

I've disabled Rust Essentials for the time being to see if this fixes it.

I had the same problem, I purchased a new server from a different server host yesterday. I thought HFB were a good company, but over the past day they've proven be different.

They haven't even responded to my support ticket, oh well, there loss.
