when i first got Rust i clicked the resolution 1200 x 800 and then i clicked save now because of all the updates the resolution changed. How can i fix this?

Hold down the "Option" key while starting the game.

I've also did this when I first opened the game and want to change this, but I don't know for sure what the "option" key is.
I tried the key next to the cmd key, several times, but this doesn't do anything for me?
The left one and the right one (alt)

You need to hold the "Option" key down and wait till something about rust pops up or click the launcher
