Phoenix Reprisal "Live and Destroy" Our clan values having a highly structured hierarchy which allows players to excel in what they do best while maintaining order and completing current objectives. Often times clans lack structure which makes playing the game aggravating and just not fun. We hold ourselves to to a higher standard which ultimately keeps things running smoothly and allows us to just enjoy the game. Status: Recruiting Server Presence: Rustafied.com (main) Recruitment Process: New recruits will undergo a one week trial period where they are prospects to the clan regardless of skill or hours played. This is essential to make sure that our clan is only comprised trustworthy and skilled players. After the one wipe trial period players will be either be asked to leave, be accepted officially as part of the clan, or asked to stay with the clan as a prospect for another wipe (if they show potential but didn’t play actively enough for to feel em out). Although this process may seem tedious it is all worth it when you become part of the clan officially because you will be sure to be playing with only skilled players that do not act recklessly. Requirements: 18+ (preferred) 250+ Hours Speak Fluent english Have teamspeak with a mic Willing to work as a team to complete objectives Know the game inside and out Follow Clan Rules & procedures Clan Rankings: Commander The Commander is the head of the clan and gets the final say on decisions. They make sure every aspect of the clan is running properly and oversee all operations. The commander can assign any ranks or titles to members. The commander is the one who is ultimately responsible for clan diplomacy and maintaining relationships. Officer Officers of the clan have proven that they know all how the clan operates in all aspects and help the commander with keeping things running smoothly. They are the ones in charge if a commander is not on and have proven their abilities to make the proper decisions on behalf of the entire clan. Officers can also promote/demote players or make recommendations to the commander which will hold a significant amount of weight. Scout Scouts have shown their extreme dedication and loyalty to the clan. These players understand the structure and inner workings of the clan. They demonstrate leadership capabilities and always make good decisions for the clan. They follow all of the rules and are highly motivated players. Scouts are the crème de la crème of the member of PR. These players are able to make recommendations for promotions and report any issues to the officers/commander. Scavenger Scavengers have proven their skills in the clan and have shown dedication and the willingness to work with a group to benefit the clan. These players show skills beyond our typical recruit and abide by our rules and procedures. Recruit These are the players who are officially part of the clan and may still need to learn a bit but overall show a great deal potential as they made it past the trial period. In addition to your ranking in the clan we also offer other titles you can earn which will give you privileges within the clan. Titles: Master Builder A master builder has proven their expertise in not only building all types of structures, but also placing buildings tactically for defense. They are allowed to build anything for the clan at their own discretion if they believe it is needed. They also are able to mentor players who want to be builders for the clan and assign them that privilege. Their recommendation to make someone a master builder also carries a heavy influence towards the commander. Builder A builder has proven their knowledge on building and has a solid understanding of building mechanics. These players are also allowed to build for the clan but for some more complex building they should do it with a master builder. *players without the building tag are not able to build on their own without approval and/or supervision of a master builder/commander/officer* Master PvPer These players have proven their extreme lethality with a weapon and also demonstrate leadership within a group during combat. They will often be leading raids, and groups in combat. Players with this title can bring out any gear at their discretion, solo or in a group. They will also mentor players and assign PvPer titles. PvPer These players have proven their combat worthiness and are allowed to go out with most gear and weapons by themselves or with a group at their discretion. *players without the pvp tag cannot leave the base by themselves with expensive gear/weapons* Master Gatherer A master gather has proven their skills to bring in mass amounts of resources at their own play style. Also a master gatherer has proven that even though they bring in a mass amount of resources they can still keep shit organised. These players are allowed to bring the gear they need out at their own discretion. Note: Clan members without this tag are not completely prohibited from building, pvp, or gathering but rather they encouraged to learn and get the tags they want so they can have more freedom within the clan. Players can also get all the titles if they are skilled in all areas. Rules: Follow all global rules No personal rooms (It's not needed with this clan) Do not sleep outside or have your feet hanging out Always respect people ranks Do not run out fully geared (ak, chest plate, bolt, ect..) unless you have the rank/title to do so Put things in the proper chest or drop chest if in a hurry Do not say codes in teamspeak Keep global chat to a minimum Be aware of our allies and enemies (clan diplomacy form) If you lose anything craft more Don't research stuff until day before wipe day Apply today http://phoenixreprisal.enjin.com/recruitment

If I wanted to follow strict rules and partake in anal micromanagement, I'd join the army. I play Rust to have fun, not answer to some "higher ranked" nob and have all sorts of restrictions on what I can do. But thats just me.
Noticed a slight contradiction ( must have over250 hours and know the game inside out)
We actually have no affiliation to falc & you have to have strict rules so people like you can't just come in and screw around. Enjoy playing in your shit groups.
Bullshit You aren't affiliated! I still speak 2 people in ur camp, they tell me some interesting stuff which is so funny.
I never understand those Ranks i mean if youre good at something youre mates will know...

Protip: If you want people to join your clan, be a little more rational and friendly, you come off as a teensy bit standoffish. Protip 2: Read the stickied post about posting rules, no one takes these advertisements seriously because they're not supposed to exist on this forum as I understand it.
