Hey just trying to use the rcon function from last update, but whenever I try to execute a command it just says "serverip" is not responding to query -- also via the control panel it always says 0/100 players on, even if there is people on

There really isn't many options for server providers, the only other option I saw I'd have was BMRF -- however they were out of stock, and I don't think they're terrible. Just having some issues security related. My server performance is fine -- only complaint I could really have is that the server is sometimes shutdown for maintenance with no informal post and sometimes control panel is very slow most commonly during game updates
Back on topic, this issue is strictly related to this server provider?

I am having the same problem on HFB, couldn't say that it is strictly HFB since I haven't tried other GSP's. Getting really frustrated with them, all of their little flaws add up.
