There's no visible correlation between this video and you being banned. Why didn't you leave in the part of you getting kicked off? All this is, is example of a very good shot.

There's a guy on NA3 who *publicly admits* he turns on cheats anytime someone beats him in a firefight, rolls them, then turns them back off.

When over 50% of a server is hacking I fully expect there to be a couple of bans that are wrong... I don't think that is unreasonable.

It's not an accusation, it's just an observation. I record gameplay too, but I wouldn't stop recording after one headshot. You were recording the whole time, in case you got a good kill, then stopped immediately? That's a little odd. You don't have the rest of the footage? Why?

Dude, even I do this when I play. When I know I'm about to engage someone or I get engaged, I throw on fraps and shut it off as soon as they action is done. Do you realize how much space a small snippet of video eats up? It's gigs, not megs like it use to be.

Hard drives are like candy as far as price is concerned now, I really don't see "space" being the issue, especially for someone who claims to record all the time as you do. I regularly have 7-8 gigs of video I edit down. You never know when something interesting can happen.
How do you know a fight is over? Are you ESP'ing so you can see when other people are near by? Do you have some kind of psychic "I know this guy has no backup anywhere near by so this is when I can stop recording" ? You never get attacked out of the blue before you can start recording? Are you implying you're *always* the initiator?

Seriously, HDDs are starting to go south pretty quick, they are likely going to become obsolete with the advances in Solid State technology.
You were prob. banned cause of questionable hits to people in the dark. With your gamma turned up that high I could see why. While it looks like you are not using aimbots... if you need to get an advantage over others using gamma I would assume you are one of the dental floss over the monitor type players.
