Hi, I recently joined a server on which a hughe Event was going on ... and all I could say is: IT WAS AMAZING !
There were 2 groups and they were fighting each other...each group was like ~12 people and the best part about this was: Each group had his own house ( premade by the admins) which they needed to defend and at the same time the objective was to raid the other house...It was just simply amazing
Since, I have stopped playing RUST for a while(because of the hackers and bugs and so on...) I was pretty glad to have a chance to take part in such an event... and before the game is NOT finished i am not going to spend 100 hours per week to build a new house and farm my ass off for the only reason that a hacker will flew by and take it all in an wink of an eye...
If you guys have taken part in an event please describe it and tell me/us on which server ,so that we all can come together at the next event maybe ... the more people, the more fun :)
P.s Please Serveradmins give us more Events! :)
I think the purpose of Rust is to survive, not to do events.
But fine, some people like that though.
Like I said, I love surviving and playing the game and farming and so on...but at the current state of the game ...I dont like it
I built a base at the top of a big hill, put big pits full of spike walls, narrow ledges built against the rock cliffs, and a large tower. At the top of the base is a chest filled with good gear and the currently (at least on my server) unobtainable Supply Signal. I plan to have an even where everyone on the server fights over the base. They have to fight each other and get into the base so it should add an interesting component to the standard firefight.
