It might be really silly to make a topic about and its okay if its closed i understand but... C4 now requires ''explosives'' and cloth but the explosives are not on the development branch listed as an item and the bp is bugged, i just found it on official servers which made me as happy as when i did my first raid on WoW when i was 9 10 years ago and now its useless or are the explosives needed ingame? (Sorry for my grammar its been a long day)
Yes they are. I play on the dev branch and I found explosive BPs from a barrel in a grassy field. They are just very rare.
How do you mean the BP is bugged?
