I just finished configuring my new server. It's only 50 players for now but if there's enough interest or demand I'll increase it to 100 or 200 player cap.
PVP is on, no sleepers. Once there's a plugin for it I plan to include sleeper timeouts so people can't combat log.

I'm running Oxide on it with the following plugins:

Starter kits
Door Sharing - until Facepunch implements combo locks
Oxmin - admin mod that lets me limit admin powers to prevent abuse
Loot List
Crafting Control

I've configured it to prevent crafting or researching advanced military weapons. you can only find them in airdrops.
I'm open to suggestions and recommendations on changing drop rates and tweaking the server to provide optimum balance.

I don't spawn items for myself or anyone else. I actually enjoy playing the game and think that using admin powers to create items ruins it for me and everyone else.

Server forum and website is up. We've got about a dozen regulars and in the evenings we've usually got 8-10 online. We have east coast and west coast players and a few from Japan as well so there are at least a few people on throughout the day.

We'd love some more people to join us. We've now got 4 regular admins. The admins only have ban, kick and teleport powers, no godmode or item creation powers so there's very little ability to abuse.

We've got a couple of established players but no huge towns or compounds yet so there's plenty of room and opportunities for new players.
