Game freezes for a few seconds while opening loot inventory

Every time I use e on a body or chest the game freezes for a few seconds.
same here - but i know i have shitty computer. My FPS never raised above 18. Most of time it is 7,8. sometimes it is 1-2 when near more people, especialy during fight.
I usually get 30-70 FPS in rust depending on time of day and location, but for the past couple months I've had this annoying freezing issue that usually happens when opening inventories or boxes but also seems to happen randomly when running around, even in places that are already loaded for me near my base and such. Dying because of this shit with a full inventory/gear is annoying as fuck.
Yeah this bug is really annoying and it got a lot worse with yesterday's patch for me.
Have only seen this recently, and not on recently wiped server. Maybe this comes up when lots of objects are in? Anyone see it on recently wiped servers?

My server had this issue yesterday but it looks better today.. we changed nothing.. the object count is really low and it's been wiped recently.
