Is this in the game? - Rust

Is there some sort of instant ''equipping'' system? Sort of like minecraft where you click and it instantly put's the item into your inventory without the need to drag every item in one by one. If so what's the button, if not that sucks! Cheers.

Never heard of such feature on rust. It's on dayz if i'm not mistaken :o maybe you are confusing things. And for me, i think this kind of system is kinda bad for rust. There are a lot of nice ideas posted on this forum though. Regarding the drag and drop system i rather have a more rustic style backpack

It would be a fast way to grab loot and get out as fast as possible, oh well. Thanks for the reply.

id like to see like a shift-click or something to move the item over. the drag and drop can just take forever

I couple things could be fixed, like being able to split to a certain number. But a quick loot button would seem to take away from the realism, and people would have 0 chance of every getting back in time. I mean, it takes time to pick up 250 wood and 3 Guns ect. :P

They removed the functionality so it takes longer to loot bags. There used to be a button to loot all items. Personally, I like the current system better. I would even prefer them to delay it longer to loot large items or large stacks.

Cheers.[/QUOTE] Theyre trying to make the game realistic so you dont just throw your stuff around but actually use time on it. Dont think it will ever come to the game (permenent) maybe on a modded server but not otherwise

I wonder if a double-click to loot single item system would be out of the question. I don't mind things the way they are - the exception being when I don't see I already have a pile of something.
