Trying to rectify server lag

I recently purchased a server with FPSplayers.com, and I am having some weird server lag that everyone is complaining about.

Was fixed temporarily with a server restart but now its more constant...

Does anyone know what I can do?

I was thinking it might be a line in my .cfg that might be making it slow?
