What you think about this? It would let us build bases that actually make sense and look good. It would stop barricade climbing etc.
Stupid idea? Would it be too hard to raid if this was the case? Should it be server decided on and off?
Personally I feel it would let us build real bases. Not these towers with three lines of pillars around them, and even that does not make it safe from one guy and some barricades.
I don't want raid proof houses. I just want to be able to make bases that makes sense.
If you don't have a metal door on a floor, you would be able to destroy walls. This would make sure you can't just build walls and no one can get in.
Pff I would rather have C4 more common and this be the case. You would be able to strategically build bases where you have a sight of your door and be able to defend while under siege.

C4 is fine as it is it just needs to be only available from airdrops and non-researchable.
Grenades should be the main source of explosives when raiding, with it taking plenty to destroy a wall, makes raiding harder.

You'll find that most people suggest raiding through doors on metal bases due to the amount of C4 it takes to blow through metal walls. If wooden walls being immune to C4 is a server option, I'm fine with that. But as a game-wide change, it not only makes no sense, but is way too CB. Right now I can avoid the servers with these options.
