Joining server - Stuck on "Loading River Layout"

Hi There,

When i try and join ANY server, my game keeps getting stuck on the "Loading River Layout" screen.

Does not matter how long i let it load, it never gets any further.

I was on the phone to the server admin, and we noticed that there is no connect messages for me, however, if i force close my game when it is stuck, the server gets a disconnect message.

How can i sort this out?

What i have tried:

- Re-Installed EAC
- Uninstalled Antivirus
- Verified game Cache
- Tried a different internet connection
- Set my graphics to "Fastest"
- Disabled Firewall
- Restarted PC
- launched Rust using "Rust.exe" and not the normal "RustClient.exe"
- Tried Windowed mode
- Re-installed Rust.

If by chance ur running a 32bit OS this would cause this problem as u wouldnt have enough ram available to load rust
