Hacker in Facepunch Toronto

Hello. There is a hacker in facepunch toronto that has been going around headshotting everyone and just obviously using hacks. I know i'm supposed to report him using f7 but its been 3 days now and when I try to report using f7 his name will never show up there. his name is joker

Easy Anti Cheat have made some really good progress against cheaters this week. As well as blocking and banning a bunch of cheats/players, they’ve also integrated their cheat systems with the @rusthackreport twitter. This seems to be working well for now, but we’ll integrate something properly in the game at some point.
Please refrain from making ban requests here on the forum over a cheater you saw. Use the twitter instead if you really want to help, and please make sure you provide a link to their steam account. Just giving their name at the time is useless. Steam > View > Players if you want to find the steam ID's of people you've recently played with.

ALSO, you can now report hackers in game with the F7 key. Use that. if their name has unusual characters, copy-paste the name from their steam profile which you can find using the method above.[/quote]
