Well I am wondering about what does laser. Silencer mod reduce recoil, 25% damage, 25% range and doesn't show your location when you shoot (reduce sound too), flashlight mod helps at night and halo sight with accuracy.
Yeah I know is small question but It is something I don't know...

Press G with a weapon that has a laser... your question is now answered when you try it. it just adds the ability to hipfire better. i personally love it on the shotgun.
and the silencer doesn't change any stat but sound to my knowledge, ive never noticed a difference.
