I would really like to be able to set parts of the map to pvp and some parts not. It would need a way to edit wide scope and small scope changes, like only making the inside of an arena pvp for example, or making a small area PVE to set up a small trading village to support the economy mod(s)

Good idea. It would also be cool to enable PVP during daytime/nightime hours only.
