I'm not sure of the name of this thing but... sure you've seen it already in medieval movies basically this would cost around 10-20 leather to be fabricated and it can hold a maximum of maybe.. 25 arrows inside it?

It's called a quiver and personally if I would have to have that on my person I'd prefer it make arrows more stackable like bullets - not just double the stack.
