Hi there i've owned Rust for a while now and i am wanting to start my own server with a few friends and password/whitelist it for now, i run steamcmd but i get a no subscription error following this guide

i did some research and i am getting mixed reviews people are saying you cant and have to rent a server (i dont want to do) others say you can and at this link ([url]http://playrust.com/faq/[/url]) it says the dedicated server is open to everyone.
so if anyone could help me that would be great!

Fixed i was being a complete tard... i was still typing PATH with the force install command insted of changing it to my HDD letter >.<
