Hello, I am new to this board.
Here is the issue, I have just purchased Rust on Steam and downloaded/installed. After the program has loaded and the home screen appears, I have tried to get into console to join my friends server but hitting "F1" doesn't bring up the console. I have also tried to use the server list to join a random game also but when double clicking on a server nothing happens.
What the hell am I doing wrong, I have a good PC and running windows 7.
Post your system specs. Also, on the server list, try right-clicking and double right-clicking.
Also make sure you don't have any odd keyboard layouts set.

8G ram
Onboard video Gigabyte Motherboard
Keyboard is an old logitech
Tryed double, right, single clicking servers no luck.
You are really going to not have a good experience, performance-wise, with an integrated AMD GPU. However, that itself shouldn't be causing this problem.
Reboot, do a file integrity verification in Steam for Rust, then launch it. Don't open the server list, but try F1.
Nope no help, I have even tried uninstalling and redoing it. Still can't even double click into a server.

Well this can be deleted I solved my problem. F1 key on keyboard is dead have to buying a new keyboard.
