Server was wiped 1/24/14, only about 3-4 people have been on so far.

I'm trying to get the crafting limitations working so that precision firearms can only be found, not crafted. Otherwise, I can guarantee absolutely no admin abuse of players... That's the reason I made the server. I wanted a good, fair experience.
