Hi
Yesterday I bought Rust
I can not optimize it so that it does not lag
I had noticed that my computer has a problem with the optimization engine Unity3D
all games with this engine run very slowly
I was very upset when I learned that stretching is on Unity3D
on my computer works without lags Day and other games requiring high load
I have a licensed windows 8.1
video card: GeForce GT 540M (1 gb)
processor: Core i5 - 2430M 2.40 GHz
memory: 8 GB
Internet connection: 50-60 mb/s
Help me please solve the problem
thanks (:
Welcome to alpha. Optimization is one of the last steps. Use the search function, there have been dozens of threads on how to turn the graphics down with console commands. You didn't need to make another.
Also make sure that there is an Nvidia control panel profile set for Rust that forces it to use the Nvidia card instead of your integrated graphics.

Thanks for the answer!
I have two integrated graphics: hd graphics 3000 and GeForce GT 540M
A priority for the start of the game I have is GeForce GT 540M
Рow do you know that the game is started by GeForce GT 540M?
Еhere may be a configuration file confirming this?
please write console commands that will make graphics very bad and that was more productive (:
it is possible to remove all the grass in the world?
You control which graphics card gets used in the Nvidia control panel. I don't know what the Russian interface looks like (I don't know any Russian except for random words in Red Orchestra 2), but there should be a way to set per-game settings.
Use the forum search function to find the console commands. There are many threads already. If you search for "rust performance" there will be many results. Some will only be people complaining, but others will have the commands.

In control panel Nvidia panel all worth "OFF"
all graphics in the console commands is on "False" and "0"
the game is still slow ):

Your video card most likely cannot run this game.

It seems to me that the case in the game engine
Slender game (also on the Unity3D engine) also does not require a powerful computer, but slows down as well as Rust

There may be some drivers Unity3D computer optimization by this engine?
