Lucky you. I was getting a solid 60 fps with max detail before this last update. Now I'm riding about 20-30 with medium since last Thursday. Everyone else in my group is seeing the same issue I am - frame rates cut roughly in half and lots of stuttering and lag.

I know this is the most obvious suggestion ever, but I was having FPS issues as well and I couldn't figure out why, then when I realized my drivers had an update available that fixed everything.
