Today and yesterday the US Central 2 official server has been running for crap. Rubberbanding every 5 seconds, ping times all over the map(800-900+), multiple timeouts on traceroutes, particularly in Chicago. What gives? Get on your GSP's and get em stable. ;)

This is happening on US Central 3 Stress Test too.
Possible DDos not sure?
It's been confirmed by my server provider as well as a couple of my friends separate server providers that multiple hosts are being DDoS'd the tryhard optimists that are discounting it all to alpha have no counter information.
