Rust New Problems As Of This Morning Start Up Error

I'm now just getting this start up error, and it says I need an update which is causing me to not launch Rust. I checked the website and there are no new updates.
I played perfectly fine last night now its doing this.

There was a small pach last night some time, I had the same problem. You must log out of steam and back in. And then go to downloads and cick "update Required" and it should work. Thats what I had to do.
