Horrible fps, dude wasn't hacking most of your bullets hit the wall, this is such a waste of time.
No about 3 minutes into the video he is shooting people in the head over and over and they are not going down... however I do not think they are hackers looks more like admin abuse god mode to me.
If I was you I would pick a different server the admins on that server are huge abusers as this video shows.

I am an admin those guys were turned out to be hackers and using god mode. For whoever said that i don't even understand what a hacker is, obviously i do because they were hackers, i reported it to the owner and they got banned
