I have a private server and want to know if I activate -cheatpunch, what happens when a hacker is detected?
Does it update the global cheatpunch database ([url]https://playrust.eu/bancheck.php)?[/url]
Does it auto-ban them from my server?
Or does it just notify me of the hacker and let me take appropriate actions?
It should auto-ban them from your server. They've probably already been banned from the official servers.

Will is also update the bancheck website with their info?
That's how it seems to be working. The devs are not talking too much about how it works because that just helps the hackers.
