I Install Oxide/Rust++, after restart it doesn't appear?

So basicly, I'm hosting a server on NitrousNetworks and using the tcadmin mod manager i install Oxide with several plugins. after a restart the plugins don't seem to work.
then i uninstalled Oxide since i thought it was broken so i installed Rust++, I read that Rust++ get's messages like: type /help to view all commands, so i restarted the server and it still doesn't work. no messages at all or commands that work.

Any solution about this?

I don't know much about Rust severs but. Are Oxide and Rust++ Updated to the new version of rust? also maybe try shutting down your server then starting it again.

Well I've only installed Rust++ Atm, and yes they are up to date. I already restarted multiple times and i have the RustPP in my save folder
