Please implement the possibility to change decay rate for ALL placing objects individually.

There are mods for servers that do this I think.

The developers are focused on major gameplay elements not minor details such as decay time. The core gameplay has a long way to go before they will be ready to address minor details like decay rate and server configuration.
I think things are decaying just fine, you could always just blow things up if you'd like ;-)
