so theres a few guys lagging the server out and using hacks to kill everyone there in game name is

There are no admins on the official servers. Find a community server, there tend to be less hackers.

Not true, there are plenty of community servers that are managed very well. Besides, it all comes down to the lesser of two evils. It's not going to be perfect so just do what works best. For me, that means community servers are the way to go.
Your going to get cheats and hacks on just about every NON official server, the best thing you can do is use OFFICIAL servers.
