Why would you ever think that you could get a refund in a game after being banned for cheating in it? :v:
You can play on unsecured servers that don't use EAC/VAC--but that means there's nothing stopping other cheaters, either, so you get to deal with them. This is what you get for cheating.
Get a new Steam account and a new copy of Rust, and make sure you've removed all of the hacks from your machine so you don't get banned this time.
People like you are the worst and ruin the game for everyone. To even have the guts to say that you want your money back is so low.
EAC is permanent, no refunds. You will need to open a new Steam account and re-purchase Rust.
