Game won't launch

Hi All,

Rust Was working fine this morning, however since this afternoon Rust won't Launch - The Configuration window won't even load - Task Manager says rust.exe is running

I have tried the following :

Re - logged into Account
Verify Game Cache
Re - downloaded the Game
Checked Firewall/Anti Virus to make sure its not being blocked
Restarted PC

In my rust Folder I have 2 Folders called bundles and rust/data an exe called rust.exe and an .dll called steam_api

Can anyone offer any assistance as to why its not launching ?

My other games (CSGO/TF2/CSS) all launch and play fine...
