we need that waterpipe shotgun, it is a missused part of the game.
the devs wont put it as deafult because no one will use the eoka, just like legacy.
now, the obvious fix would be to change the building materials for the eoka, so it can be used as a very starter makeshift -tier item unlike the waterpipe which needs 150 MF, so the eoka should be made out of a few or none, although the starting naked wont use it since it needs gunpowder for the ammo.

every one say no louin i just agree that eoka should be cheaper but no shotgun default
