Problem in opening Rust [experimental] "EAC not installed correctly"

So,I saw some updates on trello and thought it was a good idea to join again the experimental server to see what's up.
But when I try to run the game,it doesn't even get to the launcher and throws a small popup window saying "Easy Anti Cheat not correctly installed"
Am I doing something wrong?
Do I have to download EAC or something and install it?

run as administrator or turn UAC while installing or running EAC on experimental branch. ( or just wait until garry do a workarround).
