Hey Facepunch forums! I am just here to make a request / suggestion / find ideas to build on! I have found a desire to build rooms where the floor is made of metal bars so that one may shoot through / down to the floor below. This would prevent people from, say, building a staircase or flat out putting a ceiling tile in the way when you are trying to kill them with a trap room setup. A base with two entrances. One is a 3 doorway system. Front door open, second door with a stupid easy code to figure out, third door locked. Ceiling is open to shoot down at the player trying to open the door. I already do this with bases from time to time and it is something that has worked for me on more than one occasion. Helps me kill bandits that I trap inside the house and makes it so that they cant just destroy the stuff they have before suicide.
So, good idea? Bad idea? Suggestions? I feel the bar ceiling tile wouldn't allow constructions atop it aside from pillars in the corners. Alternatively, we could just have a wooden window turned on its side instead too. Then just put bars on that.
