Hi, i see in many community updates and stuff like that signs paintings with images upload for internet. I try use the puglin artist sign for rust) but its not work. Some people say i can only use in modded servers, but i see this images in oficial servers too. First question. I can use this pugglin in game? its autorized? second, how i can use this?
plugins are for modded servers only, and server side, not client side.

No, you must be an admin of a modded server to use this, its something the server has not you. Though some servers does allow its players to use the plugin.
I have seen this done on Rustafied main where someone painted a signs with very clear lines and a wider range of colors available usually...
To get clearer lines zoom into the sign and turn your graphics upto full as for colours I have no idea how they done this.
The sign was outside I doubt the guy spent hours doing the sign up. My guess is that he passes his internet through a firewall capable of live packet inspection and just sends another image instead of the one painted in his game... Anyone has done packet analysis yet?
